1. Account Registration
Your journey with FS1App begins with the creation of a user account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Eligibility: This Software is licensed exclusively to the “Consumer Market” for private home entertainment and personal use. Business or professional use is strictly excluded unless a separate commercial agreement is in place.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your account with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
2. Ordering and One-Time Payment
Binding Contract: A legally binding contract is formed once you place an order and your payment is authorized.
One-Time Payment: Access is granted via a single, one-time payment. There are no recurring fees or hidden subscriptions.
Secure Transactions: We use encrypted payment mechanisms to ensure your information is secure. You will only be charged once your order is accepted and the Software is made available for download.
3. Permission to Use (License)
When you purchase the Software, you do not own it. Instead, we grant you a License to use it under the following conditions:
Personal & Non-Transferable: The license is for your personal use only and cannot be sold, distributed, or transferred to anyone else.
Single Device: The Software is limited to use on a single computing device at any given time.
Prohibitions: You shall not adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code from the Software. You must not remove any copyright or trademark markings.
4. No Right to Cancel & Refunds
Digital Nature: By purchasing the Software, you consent to the download starting immediately. You acknowledge that this means you lose your legal right to cancel the purchase once the license has been validated or the download has begun.
Faulty Software: Refunds are not provided unless the Software is found to be faulty and cannot be repaired by our technical team. In such cases, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
5. Nature of the Software
“As Is” Basis: While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the Software is free from defects and viruses, it is provided without any warranty of any sort.
Updates: We do not commit to providing ongoing updates, new releases, or permanent technical support after the initial purchase.
System Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure your hardware meets the minimum system requirements before purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
Except for legal responsibilities that cannot be excluded by law, FS1App is not responsible for foreseeable losses, business losses, or any issues arising from third-party software or equipment incompatibility.
